Mobile Notary · Pasco County, FL
Evenings and weekends. Bilingual, English and Spanish.
What I do
Powers of attorney, affidavits, deeds, wills and trusts, vehicle titles, loan signings. Your home, your office, a hospital room, a care facility — wherever the signing has to happen.
LLC formation paperwork prepared and filed. Document preparation only — I don’t provide legal advice.
Applications, renewals, forms, email and calendar management, CRM upkeep. The paperwork that’s been sitting on your counter.
Full appointments, paperwork, and communication in Spanish. No extra charge.
Rates
Florida sets the notarial fee at $10 per act by statute. Travel and administrative fees are separate and agreed in advance. You’ll know the total before I get in the car.

Before we meet
The completed document — filled out but not signed — and a valid, unexpired photo ID for everyone signing. The name on the ID has to match the name on the document.
No. A notary verifies who you are and witnesses your signature. Explaining what a document means or which one you need is legal advice, and that’s a different job.
Some documents do — a Florida will needs two, separate from the notary. Tell me the document type when you book and I’ll let you know what to arrange.
Zelle or cash, at the appointment. You get a receipt either way.
Often same day, evenings and weekends. Text me what you need and where, and I’ll tell you the soonest I can be there.
